In the FIS Snowboard World Cup, South Korean snowboarder Lee Sang-ho (27) made history as the first Korean athlete to win the overall season title.

Securing the overall victory this season helped him overcome the disappointment of being eliminated in the quarterfinals at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics held last month.

In the 2021-2022 FIS World Cup Snowboard Alpine Men's Parallel Giant Slalom, Lee seized the opportunity in the 3rd and 4th place playoff against Lucas Matys, turning the tables to win the bronze medal with a 0.14-second difference.

Lee Sang-ho's medal count for this season includes one gold, one silver, and four bronze medals. With this season's bronze medal, he accumulated 604 points in the rankings, securing the overall victory in the World Cup.

Lee expressed his gratitude, saying, "I wanted to win in all events, but I am still happy. I appreciate those who supported me to finish the season with good results. I will show a good performance in the next season as well."

Gray Shop continues to support Lee Sang-ho in the upcoming season.
