Applications for participation in the 2023 SEOUL MARATHON begin

The registration for the 2023 Seoul Marathon began at 10 a.m. on the 10th.

The 'Seoul International Marathon' is the only marathon event in Korea that holds the Platinum Label grade, as designated by the World Athletics (WA), making it the highest-authority marathon event in the country. After a four-year hiatus, the Masters category of this event is set to be held offline. The marathon aims to recruit 7,000 participants for the full course, 15,000 participants for the 10km course, and 10,000 participants for the Seoul 42195 Relay (2 or 4 persons).

Participants in the full course will receive Adidas race t-shirts and an Amino Vital snack package as commemorative items. Those who complete the full course within 5 hours will also receive a separate Adidas windbreaker. Participants in the 10km course and relay category will receive Adidas race t-shirts and Amino Vital isotonic water. Prior to the marathon, the Seoul Marathon Expo will be held at the Jamsil Sports Complex on the upcoming 18th and 19th.

- Date: March 19th (Sunday) at 8 a.m. (10km course at 9 a.m.)

- Course (planned): Gwanghwamun Square to Jamsil Sports Complex (Olympic Park to Jamsil Sports Complex for the 10km course)

- Registration Fee: KRW 100,000 for the full course, KRW 60,000 for the 10km course, KRW 60,000 for the Seoul 42195 Relay (per person)
