ISSEY MIYAKE x New Balance MT10O Revealed

New Balance and Issey Miyake have unveiled a new footwear collaboration. 

This collaboration was previewed during Paris Fashion Week as part of the Issey Miyake Spring/Summer 2024 collection. 
It features New Balance's classic trail running model, the MT10, which has been infused with Issey Miyake's unique design and color palette. 

Designer Satoshi Kondo utilized a three-dimensional sensibility discovered during the design process to create footwear based on the 'Barefoot mobility' concept, allowing for movement as free as if barefoot. 
This product aligns with Issey Miyake's SS24 collection theme of 'Natural and honest shape,' providing lightness and excellent traction. 

The upper, made from a combination of mesh and leather, features leather straps and a Vibram outsole. It will be available in three colors: black, white, and blue-green. 

The release is scheduled for May 15th in Japan, with a global launch in June. The release schedule for Korea has not yet been determined.
