Altra X Roa Hiking Timp 5

Altra, a U.S.-based running shoe brand known for its unique technology and founded entirely by former athletes, has unveiled a collaboration with the Italian hiking brand ROA HIKING, which is known for its hybrid spirit that explores the boundaries of aesthetics and performance. This collaboration was pre-released at Paris Fashion Week ahead of the official launch of the Fall/Winter 2024 collection, with detailed information and release dates to be announced later. 

The collaboration model, Timp 5, is a flagship trail running shoe from Altra that features the highly responsive and cushioned Altra EGO™ MAX midsole foam. It also offers a natural fit with a wide toe box and stable wearing experience, having received approval from the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) as a recovery shoe that promotes foot health. 

Key features of this collaborative model combining Altra's innovative Timp 5 with ROA HIKING's hybrid techniques include the VIBRAM MEGAGRIP™ outsole for superior traction and the GORE-TEX Invisible Fit Liner for waterproof protection, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. 

The colorway features a trendy combination of brown on the upper, contrasted with sage green on the tongue and inner lining.
